Your mind understood a long time ago. Your body never did.
12-Week 1:1 Journey · Online
12 weeks to close the gap — with yoga, somatics, Human Design and coaching as one path. The first approach that works where change actually lives: in your nervous system, not your notebook.
Your body has been keeping score. It's time to change the game.
Every book you read, every podcast you listened to, every therapist you sat with — your mind took it all in. It understood. It filed it away. And nothing changed. Because the part of you that's stuck isn't thinking. It's holding. And it won't let go until it feels safe enough to.
SOUND FAMILIAR?
You sleep badly. Not always — but enough to feel it in the morning. You carry tension in your jaw, your shoulders, your lower back. You don't notice it anymore because it's been there so long it feels normal.
You make decisions from your head — fast, efficient, logical. But when someone asks you what you actually want, you go blank.
You say yes to things you don't want. You cancel the things that would nourish you. You're the first to take care of everyone else and the last to sit down.
And the thing that scares you most isn't that something's wrong. It's that you can't even feel what's wrong anymore. The numbness itself has become the problem.
You've done the therapy — and it helped you understand. But understanding didn't change how your body wakes up in the morning. You've tried yoga classes — and they felt nice for 90 minutes. Then you walked back into your life and the tightness returned before you reached your car.
You don't need another window.
You need someone to help you walk through the door.
Here's why nothing stuck — and it's not what you think.
Therapy asked: what happened to you? And that matters. But it keeps searching for the wound — and sometimes the wound isn't the point. The protection is.
Yoga said: move. And that helped. But most yoga asks your body to perform — better, deeper, more flexible — when what it actually needs is permission to stop.
Meditation said: watch. And you watched. You watched your thoughts, your patterns, your reactions. You sat with yourself. And in those moments of stillness, you glimpsed something — a quieter version of you underneath all the noise. But then you got up. And the body that carried you off the cushion was still holding the same tension, running the same program. Meditation showed you the sky. But it didn't teach your body that it's allowed to stop gripping the ground.
Human Design said: here's who you are. And you saw it. But seeing your chart on a screen and feeling your authority in your chest are two completely different experiences. Information without embodiment is just another thing you know but can't live.
Each one gave you a piece. A real one. None of them are wrong. But none of them gave you the whole picture — because the whole picture doesn't live in any single method. It lives in the space between them.
It's in your body — in the tension, the holding, the breath you've been controlling for years without noticing.
Your nervous system. Your fascia. Your belief patterns. The way your jaw tightens when someone asks you what you need. The way your shoulders climb when you're about to say no — and then don't. The way your chest closes when you think about what you actually want.
These aren't metaphors. These are physical holding patterns — tension your body built over years to keep you safe, productive, functional. They sit in your muscles, your connective tissue, your breathing. And they don't release because you understand them. They release when your body learns, in real time, that it's safe to let go.
That's not insight. That's a physical process.
And it takes a very specific kind of work: the depth of meditation — real stillness, not an app — combined with body-level practices that reach your nervous system. Coaching that doesn't just talk but listens to what your body is saying. Human Design not as information but as a lived compass. Yoga not as performance but as a listening and allowing.
All of them. Held together, over time, by someone who understands how they connect — because that's where the transformation actually lives. Not in any single method. In the weave.
That's what Come Alive is.
Here's why nothing stuck
The problem was never what you know. It's where you've been looking.
Three phases. One direction.
Each phase builds on the last. Together, they take you from surviving to living.
-
See what was never yours.
We start with a full Human Design deep dive — not as information, but as a map. Where do you absorb other people's stress? Where do you override your own signals? Where did you learn to perform instead of feel? Then we go into the body. First awareness: where do you feel yourself? Where don't you? Most women discover in week 1 that they've been living from the neck up — the entire body below is on autopilot. We build your individual practice — yoga and somatic exercises designed for your specific design and your specific tension patterns. Not a generic routine. Yours.
What women report after Phase 1
"I realized how much tension I was carrying that I thought was just normal."
"I started noticing when I was about to say yes to something I didn't want — before I said it."
"I slept through the night for the first time in months."
-
Let your body do what your mind couldn't.
Now we go deeper. Somatic work targeting the places your body holds the most — jaw, shoulders, pelvis, diaphragm. Fascia work. Breath techniques. Nervous system regulation tools you can use in real time, in your actual life — not just on the mat. And the beliefs that live in your body. "I'm not enough." "I can't say no." "If I stop, everything falls apart." We don't think our way through them. We locate them physically — where does "not enough" sit? Your chest? Your throat? — and we let the body process what the mind has been circling around for years. This phase is where women often make a decision they've been postponing for months. Not because I push them. Because the body clears enough space for clarity to arrive.
What women report after Phase 2
"I set a boundary at work that I'd been avoiding for two years. And nothing terrible happened."
"My neck pain that I'd had for years — just gone. My physiotherapist was confused."
"I felt lighthearted again -like something heavy finally left."
-
Come home to what was always there.
This is the phase most programs skip — and it's the one that makes everything stick. We anchor what opened. Joy as a daily experience, not a peak moment that fades by Tuesday. Your practice deepens and becomes self-sustaining. You learn to catch yourself when old patterns resurface — and you have specific tools to come back instead of spiraling. We look at your life from the new place: relationships, work, daily decisions. What fits? What doesn't? What needs to change — not from force, but from clarity? By week 12, you don't need me. You need you. And for the first time in a long time, you know how to listen.
What women report after Phase 3
"I wake up and actually look forward to the day. Not to anything specific. Just to being alive."
"I make decisions differently now. I check with my body first. It sounds simple but it changed everything."
"My partner said: 'I don't know what you're doing, but you're back.' That was week 10."
Concrete results
What actually changes — in your real life
-
Your body
Chronic tension patterns begin to release — neck, shoulders, jaw, lower back. Women report sleeping through the night within 3–4 weeks. Breathing deepens. Digestion improves. Your body starts to feel like a place you live in, not a machine you operate.
-
Your decisions
You stop saying yes when you mean no. You start checking with your body before you respond — and you're surprised how clearly it answers. The constant second-guessing quiets down. Not because you become more confident in your head. Because you learn to trust what your body already knows.
-
Your relationships
People notice before you do. Partners say "you're different." Friends say "you seem lighter." You stop performing connection and start actually feeling it. Boundaries get easier — not harder — because they come from clarity, not from anger.
-
Your energy
The exhaustion that no amount of sleep could fix begins to lift. Not because you do less — because you stop spending energy on performing, holding, and suppressing. That energy comes back. Women describe it as "I have myself back."
-
Your daily life
Tuesday at 2pm feels different. Not because something exciting happens. Because you're actually present for it. The quiet moments stop feeling empty and start feeling full. You stop waiting for the weekend, the vacation, the "someday" — because here, now, is enough.
Ready to Come Alive ?
Not a list of features. A container for transformation
6 Sessions, 75 minutes each
Every two weeks, 1:1 — on Zoom or in person on Orcas Island. Deep, focused, fully present. Recorded so you can come back to any moment that mattered.
WhatsApp support, Mon–Fri
When something surfaces on a Wednesday night, you write to me and I answer. Not a template response. A real answer from someone who knows your journey.
Your personal daily practice
Audio-guided, 15–20 min. Yoga, somatics, breath — built for your design and your tension patterns. Women tell me this practice alone was worth the investment.
Ayurvedic routines
Sleep, digestion, daily rhythm — tailored to your constitution. Simple changes that stabilize your nervous system while everything else is shifting.
Human Design as living compass
Not a one-time reading in a folder. Your chart informs every session, every practice, every decision. By week 12, you read yourself as naturally as you used to read everyone else.
All recordings — yours for life
Every session, every guided practice, your chart, your notes. This becomes your library. The journey doesn't end at week 12 — it becomes self-sustaining.
Is this your next step?
This is for you if…
You've tried therapy, yoga, meditation — and none of it reached the pattern that keeps running.
You're done with understanding and ready to feel the change in your actual body.
You can commit to 12 weeks — the sessions AND the 15–20 minute daily practice between them.
You're ready to look honestly at what's been driving you — not to judge it, but to let it go.
You can invest $2,400 because you know another year of functioning without feeling costs more.
This might not be for you if…
You're looking for a weekend fix or a single transformative session.
You want someone to hand you a plan — this is guided discovery, not instruction.
You're in acute mental health crisis — this is deep work, not clinical therapy. I'll tell you honestly and help you find support.
You're not willing to practice between sessions — the sessions open the doors, the daily practice walks you through them.
WHY THIS IS DIFFERENT
This isn't your average Coaching program
Most 12-week programs work on one level. Coaching programs talk. Yoga programs move. Readings inform. None of them do all three — and that's why none of them stick.
Burnout coaches charge $1,500–$3,000 for conversation without body work. Yoga therapists offer single sessions without a through-line. Somatic programs focus on release without the recognition that comes before or the remembering that comes after.
Come Alive is the full arc: Recognize. Release. Remember. The combination of yoga, somatics, Human Design and coaching as one coherent journey — held by one person, over 12 weeks, with daily practice between — doesn't exist anywhere else. I know because I looked for it when I needed it, and had to build it myself.
Where you are — and where you'll be
Now
"I function, but I don't feel anything anymore."
"I've tried everything. Nothing really changed."
"I know what I should do. I just can't get my body to follow."
"I'm exhausted from performing. But I don't know how to stop."
in just a few weeks
"I wake up and look forward to the day."
"I decide from an inner yes — not from fear."
"I have a practice that carries me. And a body that feels like home."
"I'm alive. Not because I added something — because I stopped pretending."

FAQs
-
Because this works where the others stopped. Therapy works in your mind. Yoga classes work on your body from the outside. Readings give you information. Come Alive brings all of it together — into one path, held by one person, working at the level of your nervous system. The reason nothing stuck before isn't that you didn't try hard enough. It's that nothing reached the body. This does.
-
Yes. Sessions are every two weeks, 75 minutes. The daily practice is 15–20 minutes — audio-guided, designed for your schedule. Most women do it before the day starts or as a way to land in the evening. You don't need to rearrange your life. You need 20 minutes and a willingness to feel.
-
No. Come Alive is body-based coaching. I work with patterns, conditioning, somatic holding, and Human Design — not with diagnoses or clinical treatment. Many women do this alongside therapy and find the two complement each other.
-
It is. Here's how I think about it: you've probably spent more than that on things that didn't change anything — retreats, courses, supplements, apps, books. This is 12 weeks of deep, held, personalized work — not a group program, not a self-study course. It's me, fully present, for you. The payment plan of 3 × $850 exists because I want this to be accessible to women who are ready, not just women who are wealthy.
One more thing
You already know if this is yours.
You've been waiting for things to settle. For the right time. For certainty. But certainty doesn't come from thinking about it longer. It comes from your body — and your body already knows.
If something in you has been saying yes while your mind has been listing reasons to wait — that's not recklessness. That's your design, finally being heard.
Hi, I’m Marina Inara
I built Come Alive because I lived it. I burned out at 29. Tried every approach I could find. Understood everything — and still woke up empty every morning. Therapy gave me language. Yoga gave me moments of playful presence. Meditation gave me peace. Human Design gave me a map. It was the combination of these treasures that brought me back to live - more alive then ever.
When I looked for a program that offered all of this as one coherent path, it didn't exist. So I built it. Six years, dozens of women and men, and the consistent feedback that keeps me going: "This is the first thing that actually stuck."
I hold space with honesty, warmth, and zero judgment. I don't push. I don't rush. And I don't let you hide. That's the deal.
