Yoga & Somatics · In person on Orcas Island

Your body has something to say. This is where it gets to speak.

The kind of practice your body has been asking for — held, unhurried, and shaped around you. 1:1 or small groups.

SOUND FAMILIAR?

You carry tension you don't even notice anymore — because it's been there so long it feels like part of you. Your jaw. Your shoulders. Your lower back. You might have tried to fix it: a class here, a stretch there. But nothing reached the layer underneath. The one that isn't about muscles. The one that's about everything you've been holding together.

Or maybe you've never tried yoga because everything you've seen looks like performance — perfect poses, perfect bodies, perfect calm. And that's not where you are right now.

What you're looking for isn't a workout with candles. It's a space where you can stop holding it together. Where your body gets to speak — and you actually listens.

You don't need to be flexible. Or experienced. You just need to show up — with your breath and your whole self.

Your body has been keeping score. It's time to change the game.

What this is

Full Feeling

Full Feeling is a body experience held in person on Orcas Island. Every session has an intention — not a workout plan. A depth that stays with you after you leave the mat. And a format that shifts based on what you need: Yin, Vinyasa, somatic work, breathwork, dance, meditation.

This isn't about getting more flexible or burning calories. It's about learning to feel again — your tension, your breath, your edges, your softness. The things your body has been trying to tell you while you were busy holding everything together.

You don't come here to perform. You come here to feel. And you leave different than when you walked in.

What a session feels like

I don't teach yoga styles. I teach body intelligence.

Every session I teach is a weave from a deep palette — Yin, Vinyasa, somatic movement, breathwork, fascia work, meridian work, meditation, free movement. But the goal is never the technique. The goal is what happens in your body when the right practice meets you at the right moment.

PRIVATE SESSIONS

In 1:1 sessions, there is no plan. There is you. I listen to you, your body, your energy, your breath — and the practice unfolds from there. What your body needs today might be completely different from what it needed last week. That's the point. This is where I can work with your specific patterns, your specific holding, your specific edges. No group can give you this — and no script can replace it.

GROUP CLASSES

Every session has a clear theme — you know what you're coming to. What makes these different isn't the format — it's the depth. We go beneath the surface. Into your fascia, your connective tissue, the places where physical tension and emotional weight are the same thing. Every class is designed around a specific intention, follows the season, and goes under your skin. Literally.

What's always woven in

Regardless of format: somatic awareness that speaks to your nervous system. Breathwork that bridges thinking and feeling. Meditation as the space where everything integrates. Not as separate blocks. As one living practice where each element deepens the others.

Yin Yoga

Long holds, deep stillness. Your fascia, your connective tissue, the layers underneath the muscle. Where the body stores what the mind forgot.

Prana Vinyasa

Breath-led movement. Not performance — expression. Dynamic flow that moves what's stuck and opens what's been closed.

Breathwork

Your breath as a bridge between thinking and feeling. Pranayama, breath awareness, the kind of breathing that changes how you inhabit your body.

Dance & Free Movement

No choreography. Music and body impulse. What moves when you stop controlling? The practice most people resist — and then never want to stop.

Somatic Work

Your nervous system, your holding patterns, your body's language. Learning to feel what you've been carrying — and letting your body decide when it's ready to let go.

Meditation

Real stillness — not forced calm but the kind of silence that isn't empty. Where your body integrates everything that moved.

  • "Working with Inara is a special experience. Rarely have I felt that someone listens so closely, pays attention to everything I say, effortlessly picks out what matters, and asks exactly the right questions to go deeper. The conversation alone already makes me grow. But with the feedback and insights that Inara shared with me, I was able to reflect easily, move forward, and overcome blocks with ease. I highly recommend working with her — every moment we spend together is valuable. Thank you so much."

    — Dirk

  • "I feel like I'm only now understanding and living yoga the way I always wanted to. I now feel what Inara always tells us : Practice isn't just for the good days — and for the first time, I got on my mat not to feel better, but to tell my pattern: Stop. We're doing this differently now.."

    — Jeanette

  • "In addition to her skills and experience as a yoga teacher and health expert, Marina manages to convey — and even transmit — her joy of movement and her extraordinary body awareness. She helped me a great deal with that. Her individually tailored practice sessions are precisely customized to the possibilities and needs of the student. Thank you Marina, you have unlocked a new world for me."

  • "Yoga with Inara opened up an entirely new world for me. Moving beyond rigid structures, she connects traditional knowledge and practices with the primary goal of supporting you in listening fully to yourself and your body — to feel into yourself and rediscover who you are. You always remain your own most important teacher, and you learn to allow yourself to follow your inner wisdom. Inara's authentic, open, and deeply loving presence makes it so easy for me. With love and gentle touch, she supports your body in having new experiences. I'm endlessly grateful that, after searching for so long, I found a yoga teacher in Inara who lives true compassion, love, and unbridled joy as the foundation of her practice. That makes it so much easier to stay loving and compassionate with yourself. To learn to bring your true expression to life through your own body. To allow yourself to be who you really are — and always have been.

    - Chiara

  • "For a long time, I had tried practicing with YouTube videos or going to a yoga class once a week. Because I was only copying movements without internalizing them, it was never truly fulfilling. Since finding my own practice with Inara, I actually FEEL every posture, I vary my movements on my own, and I move intuitively. The result after 8 weeks of practice was extraordinary. Beyond the disappearance of my physical tension, I could feel profoundly positive changes in my body awareness and my self-confidence. I wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone who wants to discover the world of yoga and is looking for a practice that is uniquely and perfectly created just for you. Thank you, dear Inara, for feeling into me, for seeing me, and for giving me the opportunity to bring the best version of myself to life."

    - Luisa

  • I didn't just learn to find my own practice — I also learned the meaning of the elements and how they feel in my body. I was finally able to integrate into my life what I was longing for: feeling my own femininity, more lightness, the flow of life, surrender, and trust in myself and in my life.

    Alex

  • I had been practicing yoga on my own for a long time. I always practiced when I was seeking rest and relaxation. Looking back, I would say I was just covering something up and never truly arriving in myself. That changed fundamentally when I met Marina Inara. I'm beginning to recognize my own qualities, and I can feel myself arriving more and more in who I am. There were many realizations that I found incredibly enriching — and that above all gave me a sense for my own needs. The love that Marina Inara carries for yoga in her heart is palpable and can be experienced — and it expresses itself in everything she does. To be part of that is a gift. I notice that I'm finding and living my own yoga path more and more. My own practice has changed profoundly. I feel like I'm becoming more complete within myself. I'm deeply grateful for this opportunity and for having met Marina Inara.

  • I often forget why I'm here. I feel like a stranger on this earth, hoping the time passes faster and this horror — war, destruction of the planet — finally ends. In moments like these, it helps beyond measure to be part of timeless rituals. To feel held in a circle. To feel yourself again, with tenderness. To return to your true nature, the way Inara lives it so beautifully. Her being is one of the most precious reminders of my own true being. Inara lets you share in her freedom, her true openness of heart, her love for the body, her joy in being alive. She reminds me — so playfully and effortlessly — why I'm here. That I'm allowed to enjoy being here. That we all belong together. Your heart holds the circle across time and space and heals me in a gentle, loving way I've never known in any circle before. Thank you for your being. Let your bloom unfold and your energy spread everywhere. Thank you for letting me anchor the light here on this earth, in this life, with you.

Hi, I’m Marina Inara

Person, die im Wald eine Dance- oder Yoga-Pose macht, bei Sonnenlicht.

I've known what it feels like to be disconnected — from my body, my truth, my intuition. And I've learned to come home again. Not by trying harder, but by softening. By listening. By remembering.

I've been teaching yoga for almost 10 years now and what I love most is watching a you stop trying to do the pose "right" and start feeling what's actually happening inside your body. That's where everything shifts.

Today I create spaces where nothing needs to be proven — where you're invited to come as you are and explore what feels true for you.
