From functioning
to living your JOY

Yoga ° Human Design ° Coaching

SOUND FAMILIAR ?

Everything works. Your life looks exactly like it should.

And still — there's this quiet hum underneath. The one that says: there has to be more than this.

You're not falling apart. You're not in crisis. You're just… not really here. Going through the days, carrying everything, smiling when someone asks how you are. Fine. Always fine.

The joy you used to feel — that easy, effortless aliveness — got quiet somewhere along the way. Not because something terrible happened. But because functioning got so loud there was no room left for anything else.

You don't need someone to tell you something's off.

You already know.

and here is the thing

You've tried to fix this. Books, podcasts, apps, maybe therapy, maybe yoga. And every time — it helped. For a minute. Then the pattern came back.

Because you were working in the wrong place. Your mind got the memo a long time ago. Your body never did.

All the knowledge and understanding in the world won't change how you feel in the morning — because the part of you that's stuck isn't your thinking. It's your nervous system, still running the old program: perform, push through, hold it together.

It hasn't learned yet that it's safe TO FEEL again.

What if it's easier than you think?

What if you don't need another tool?

What if you don't need to be fixed?

What if the joy isn't gone — just buried under everything you thought you had to be?

A person with short hair and a dark shirt, raising their hand with fingers spread, looking up towards the bright sunlight shining through the trees in a forested area.

You don't need someone to fix you.

You need someone to remind you.

SATYATA means love of truth.

And the truth is: you were never broken.

You just forgot what aliveness feels like.

I work where change actually happens — in the body. Yoga, somatics, Human Design, and coaching. Not as a menu of methods.

As one path. Three phases:

  1. See what was never yours.

  2. Let go of what's been holding you.

  3. Come home to what was always there.

The goal isn't functioning better. It is not relaxation either.

The goal is JOY — as your natural state.

Moving into JOY

  • "Working with Inara is a special experience. Rarely have I felt that someone listens so closely, pays attention to everything I say, effortlessly picks out what matters, and asks exactly the right questions to go deeper. The conversation alone already makes me grow. But with the feedback and insights that Inara shared with me, I was able to reflect easily, move forward, and overcome blocks with ease. I highly recommend working with her — every moment we spend together is valuable. Thank you so much."

  • "I feel like I'm only now understanding and living yoga the way I always wanted to. I now feel what Inara always tells us : Practice isn't just for the good days — and for the first time, I got on my mat not to feel better, but to tell my pattern: Stop. We're doing this differently now.."

    — Jeanette

  • "Inara, your Human Design coaching completely surprised me and has helped me in a lasting way. For a long time I had been lacking my life force, my trust in myself, and I felt helplessly overwhelmed by this world. Realizing that I actually carry so much power inside me — when I listen to the right impulses — gave me courage again, and I found my way back to a deep, primal trust in myself and my body. What a gift. You are truly extraordinary — thank you from the bottom of my heart."

    — Zita

  • "I'm so grateful for the journey with Inara. She deepened my trust in what I feel. In feeling itself. I experienced yoga from a completely new angle — one that allowed me to stay with it joyfully and without struggle, all the way through. It's an expression of pure permission. Permission to step into your expression and take up your own space. To allow yourself to also go into stillness. To look inward. To allow yourself to feel the power inside you and to express it — and at the same time, the vulnerability. A reminder of the play between dualities and the love that flows through them. I believe it will feel different for each person, because everyone stands at a different point. Regardless, anyone who accepts Inara's invitation will experience themselves through yoga and through the love behind it. And I simply wish that for everyone. This kind of yoga feels true to me — it's definitely not gymnastics, but an experience of myself in my body and a reconnection with who I am. Thank you. "

  • "In addition to her skills and experience as a yoga teacher and health expert, Marina manages to convey — and even transmit — her joy of movement and her extraordinary body awareness. She helped me a great deal with that. Her individually tailored practice sessions are precisely customized to the possibilities and needs of the student. Thank you Marina, you have unlocked a new world for me."

    - Ursula

  • "Yoga with Inara opened up an entirely new world for me. Moving beyond rigid structures, she connects traditional knowledge and practices with the primary goal of supporting you in listening fully to yourself and your body — to feel into yourself and rediscover who you are. You always remain your own most important teacher, and you learn to allow yourself to follow your inner wisdom. Inara's authentic, open, and deeply loving presence makes it so easy for me. With love and gentle touch, she supports your body in having new experiences. I'm endlessly grateful that, after searching for so long, I found a yoga teacher in Inara who lives true compassion, love, and unbridled joy as the foundation of her practice. That makes it so much easier to stay loving and compassionate with yourself. To learn to bring your true expression to life through your own body. To allow yourself to be who you really are — and always have been.

    - Chiara

  • "For a long time, I had tried practicing with YouTube videos or going to a yoga class once a week. Because I was only copying movements without internalizing them, it was never truly fulfilling. Since finding my own practice with Inara, I actually FEEL every posture, I vary my movements on my own, and I move intuitively. The result after 8 weeks of practice was extraordinary. Beyond the disappearance of my physical tension, I could feel profoundly positive changes in my body awareness and my self-confidence. I wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone who wants to discover the world of yoga and is looking for a practice that is uniquely and perfectly created just for you. Thank you, dear Inara, for feeling into me, for seeing me, and for giving me the opportunity to bring the best version of myself to life."

Hi, I’m Marina Inara

Close-up of a person with short gray hair laughing joyfully, wearing a gray shirt and a dark green sweater, with hands in a prayer-like gesture in front, set against a dark out-of-focus background.

I'm in love with the moment the light comes back into someone's eyes. When something real finally gets to breathe. When a person stops performing long enough to feel what's been there all along.

I burned out at 29. Lost my family, my relationship, my job, my friends — everything I'd built my identity on, gone in the span of months. What brought me back wasn't a strategy. It was my body. Yoga, breath, stillness — and the realization that joy isn't something you earn. It's what's already there when you stop pretending.

I work with p who are done performing and ready to feel — online and in person on Orcas Island. Everything I offer is one practice: yoga, somatics, meditation, Human Design, and coaching woven together. The transformation doesn't live in any single one of them. It lives in the weave.

People tell me I see things in them they can't see in themselves. I think that's because I'm not looking for what's wrong. I'm looking for what's real. And the moment I hold that mirror steady enough, something shifts — not because I bring the light. Because theirs was never out.
