This privacy policy explains what personal data SATYATA LLC ("SATYATA," "we," "I") collects when you visit satyata.org, book a session, sign up for emails, or work with me — and how that data is collected, used, shared, and stored.
I collect only what I need. I don't sell your data. And I'll always be straightforward about what happens with your information.

When you subscribe to my email list — your name and email address. Collected to send you the content you signed up for (newsletters, sequences, updates).
When you book a session — your name, email address, and intake form responses, which may include date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, and answers to personal questions about your current life situation. Collected to prepare your session and tailor my work to you.
When you make a payment — your payment details are processed by Stripe or PayPal. I never see or store your credit card number. Collected by these processors to complete your transaction.
When you contact me — your name, contact information, and the content of your message (via email, contact form, or WhatsApp). Collected to respond to you and support our work together.
Information collected automatically:
When you visit this website — your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring page, pages visited, and time spent on the site. This data is collected automatically by Squarespace (the platform hosting this site) through server logs and cookies. Collected to ensure the site functions properly and to understand how visitors use it.

How long I store your information
I keep your data only as long as necessary:
Email subscriber data — until you unsubscribe. Booking and session data — for the duration of our work together and up to 3 years after, for tax and legal record-keeping. Payment records — as required by US tax law (typically 7 years). Website analytics — managed by Squarespace per their retention policies. Messages and correspondence — for the duration of our communication and up to 1 year after, unless related to active client work.
You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing inara@satyata.org
Your rights
If you're in the US: Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights under state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or similar legislation.
